Dr. Nitin Jagasia, MBBS, MRCS (Edinburgh], FRCEM (London], is a Consultant, Emergency Medicine at Apollo Hospitals, Navi Mumbai. He has more than 16 years of experience in Emergency Medicine.
After completing his education in India, he went to England to undergo specialist training in Wessex Deanery for Emergency Medicine. Post his training, Dr. Jagasia joined the Southampton General hospital, as Trauma & Governance Lead for ED and later University Hospitals Southampton NHS Foundation Trust, as the Consultant – Emergency Medicine. He has also served as Training Programme Director at the Royal College of Emergency Medicine. After his return to India he was associated with leading hospitals in Mumbai.
His areas of special interest lie in Major Trauma, Clinical Governance, Resuscitation Training (Adults & Children) and training the Emergency Medicine doctors with International protocols and benchmarks.
Dr. Jagasia holds a Fellowship at the College of Emergency Medicine, London. He is also affiliated with the following associations:
