She visits different countries regularly and do the collaboration with Ministry of Health, Insurance Companies, Health Care Facilitator and Hospitals to develop & expand business without compromising quality services.

Dr. Mahendra Narwaria, obtained post-graduate degree in General Surgery from B J Medical College, Ahmedabad in 1996. Subsequently, pursued his interest in Surgical Gastroenterology and Laproscopic Surgery at Sanjay Gandhi Post-graduate Institute (SGPGI), Lucknow. One of the pioneers of bariatric surgery in India and has performed more than 2000 Bariatric procedures till date. His patients have access to all possible services of Bariatric Surgery under one roof, Asian Bariatrics Pvt Ltd.

Dhiru Divrania has 8+ Years of experience, back office operation. Coordinate with Client (Patient), hospitals & Insurances Team. Manage data of Clients & Hospitals throughout the process & create a bridge between hospitals and patients/families.

Mr. Chirag Jain has 15+ Years of experience, Accountant. Having a rich experience in the field of taxation (Direct tax and Indirect Tax) as well as internal audits. Also handle compliance work relating to Finance, income tax, GST as well as litigation.

Voluntarily travelling to India to contribute and assist underprivileged women in training and uplifting them economically.

She has regularly called for attention to be drawn on women who face sexual harassment on public transport and for victims of Domestic Violence in the Asian Communities. She continues to focus on public sector accountability, community relations and increased support for victims and witnesses of domestic violence crimes.

Jo has been a lead on Recruitment of Refugee Health Professionals within the NHS She has researched extensively on Barriers to Recruitment and Retention of Minority Ethnic Communities within the NHS gaining a MSc in Health Care and Policy from the University of Birmingham.

During her time in the NHS she has been instrumental in fighting for the rights rights of asylum seekers and refugees with the Department of Health.

For over 20 years Jo has devoted her life to spreading the message of community cohesion within the British Asian Community. She has dedicated the prime of her fife to the upliftment of those that are not as privileged.

Jo has profoundly changed the status of Hindu Council leadership whilst in office. By assisting the organization in raising the profile of the organization by introducing key political leaders to the local communities. Encouraging the West Midlands communities to represent themselves and to take part in activities in particular to uplift the youth and women throughout the UK. Jo as an individual has benefitted various organizations to make connections and highlight the immensely important work around protecting the youth from radicalization. Her work has been paramount in achieving the communities dreams and vision.
