He has worked as an assistant professor of neurosurgery at Indra Gandhi Medical College Shimla (H.P.). He has also worked as Consultant Neurosurgeon at various reputed hospitals in north India. He has been practicing in Faridabad for the last 12 years. He is the first neurosurgeon in the Faridabad region to implement the technique of Awake Craniotomy for resection of brain tumors.
