Dr Ashok B C is HOD- Department of Plastic Surgery, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery; & Chief of Medical Services at Aster Whitefield Hospital. Plastic surgery has many subspecialties and Dr Ashok comes with rich experience of 26 years in it.

Dr Ashok started his career as Associate professor in Plastic surgery at St. Johns medical college from 1997- 2004. He then practiced as a Consultant Plastic Surgeon from 2004-2023 at Manipal Hospital Bengaluru old airport road. He also was HOD from 2010-2018, Adjunct professor of plastic surgery MAHE university, DNB teacher and examiner along with Co-director in Breast fellowship under MAHE
