For Non-Afghan passports (of any type of Diplomatic, Official, Ordinary): signed application forms and supporting documents shall be submitted directly at Embassy of India.All Afghan nationals, irrespective of the type of passport, are granted visas on gratis basis i.e. without fee,However, a processing fee will be levied by Indian Visa Application Centre (IVAC)
