Dr. Chirag Shah is a senior consultant – Medical Oncology at Apollo Cancer Center, Ahmedabad. He has experience of over 19 years, over 15000 patients in treating cancers and blood disorders. He is extensively trained in USA.He has been credited with setting up the department of Haematology, Medical Oncology and then Bone Marrow/Stem Cell Transplant unit. He has been associated with center since 2004.
He is nationally and internationally known for his work, especially in the field of Blood cancers.
He is an avid author with over 20 books on cancers including most common cancers like Breast, Gastrointestinal, Gynecological, Blood and others. Dr. Shah has also done extensive work in public awareness through his many articles, lectures, seminars, including digital media. He has also been recipient of several awards and accolades.
