Dr. Chishti is backed by years of thorough medical education and training. He comes wit h a rich reserve of work experience and joins us from Mahatma Gandhi University of M edical Sciences and Technology.He has been conferred with several awards and honours. He was awarded by the Societ y of Heart Failure and Transplant in recognition of his ‘Contributions in Thoracic Organ Transplant in India’ at Kochi in 2016; Heart Failure 360 at 3rd Annual Conference in appreciation of Contr ibut ion as faculty in 2017 and also recognized by Govt of Rajasthan under CM Vasundra Raje with the Certificate of Excellence for dist inguished work in Organ Transplantation.
He specialises in complex and re-operative coronary surgery, total arterial re-vascularisation and surgery of the aorta. He has special interest in Heart and Lung Transplantation and Mechanical Circulatory Support.
