Subsequently, he did his super-specialization (M.Ch - Plastic Surgery) from Seth G.S Medical College and K.E.M Hospital, Mumbai. Dr. Nilesh Satbhai did his fellowship training in Hand and Reconstructive Microsurgery at Ganga Hospital, Coimbatore, under Dr. S. Raja Sabapathy.
